Returns

We accept returns of products ordered on infinitypillow.co within 14 days of receipt. Please contact hello@infinitypillow.co to initiate the return process. 

We take our quality control seriously, but it’s possible that something may pass through undetected occasionally. If your product is defective, send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

If you change your mind, we’re here to help with the return too. Returned products must be unused and in its original undamaged packaging. 

For orders in the US, you will receive a return authorization number once approved, and you will have 14 days to drop off your return. The return is subject to a 20% processing fee. Customers will be responsible for mailing back the item within the USA, any shipping cost paid is non refundable.

For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us in our distribution center in Hong Kong within 14 days of return approval. The return is subject to a 15% processing fee.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days once the returned items are received. 

Please note that personalized items and items on sale are not eligible for return.
